What is a Giclee?

A "Giclee" print is a high quality, fade resistant, archival-grade reproduction of an original artwork. Giclees can be printed on various media such as canvas and paper.

What is a Matted Print on paper?

A matted print on paper is an open edition reproduction of an original painting on 100% recycled sugar cane paper and printed with high quality inks. These prints are then mounted on a firm backing and held in place by a mat board and include Heather Brown's signature on the mat.

What is a “Limited Edition” print?

A “Limited Edition” print, also known as an "LE," is a reproduction that is restricted in the number of copies produced. These editions are regulated under state consumer protection laws in order to ensure each print in its edition is accounted for.

What is an “Artist Proof” print?

An “Artist Proof” print, also known as an "AP," is an exclusive giclee print that is numbered outside of the original edition size, where traditionally only 25 Artist Proof canvases are offered per title. Each AP is signed and numbered (front and back) by the artist, gallery wrapped, and hand highlighted to give the canvas a special luster and texture similar to that on the original painting. It also comes with a Certificate of Authenticity (COA) that give the details of the piece.

What is the sizing on your t-shirts?

Our shirts are made using traditional t-shirt sizing and are made to fit almost all body types. If you're not sure what size to get or if you're in-between sizes, we suggest ordering the next size up. Please refer to our SIZE CHARTS for more detailed information.

What does "Unisex Size" mean?

Unisex shirts have more of a boxy fit, that are comfortable for both men and women to wear.

PAYMENT & SHIPPING

How long does it take to ship a product?

We stock and ship all products (except Giclee canvas and wood panel prints) in 2-3 business days, unless there is an out-of-stock situation. If there is any delay in shipment we will notify you immediately via email. Giclee canvas prints ship in approximately 3 - 4 weeks and wood panel prints ship in approximately 1 - 2 weeks as they are custom printed per order. Framed Giclee Canvas prints ship in approximately 4-6 weeks. Once we ship your order, you will receive a tracking number via email. The approximate shipping times are: USPS Priority (2-5 days), FedEx 2-Day (1-2 days), USPS International Priority (6-10 days), FedEx International (2-7 days). Delivery times may vary substantially due to the carrier, and we cannot guarantee that a carrier will deliver by a certain date.

Where is my order?

You can easily track your package by clicking our PACKAGE TRACKING page and inserting the tracking number provided to you in your confirmation email.

What payment methods do you accept?

Major credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover Card ; Paypal ; and Gift Cards (available online only).

Do you ship to my country?

We proudly ship worldwide!

Are there extra charges for international shipping?

International customers are responsible for the payment of any duties or customs taxes beyond standard shipping charges. These additional charges are not included in the Heather Brown web site charges, rather they may be collected from you at the time of delivery if your country has such charges. Customers who refuse to receive international orders will not be refunded the original shipping fee, and will be responsible for an additional $25 fee to help cover the shipping and customs costs to return the product to HBA. We recommend you contact your country's customs office in advance for an estimate of fees before placing your order if you have any questions.

How do I change the address on my order?

We will only be able to update the shipping address on an order so long as the order has not yet shipped. Please CONTACT US immediately so we can attempt to adjust the order in time.

I am sending a gift, can I include a note in the package?

Of course! If you purchase a Greeting Card with your package, we would be happy to write your message and include it in your gift!

ORDER STATUS and RETURNS/EXCHANGES

Where is my Gift Card?

All gift cards are distributed electronically through your specified email address. Using your Heather Brown Art Gift Card is easy. Enter Gift Card code in the second page of your checkout. If the balance due on your order exceeds the HB Gift Card balance, you may use another accepted payment method to complete your purchase. Any unused portion of your HB Gift Card will remain for future use.

Do I receive an order confirmation email?

Emails confirming your order are sent out immediately after you complete your purchase! Please check the spam folder to locate the email and make sure we are not marked as spam so that you may receive future confirmations from us too. Also please check alternative emails that you may have used when placing the order.

Can I combine my orders?

Most orders are shipped the same day they are received; orders containing canvases have a 2-3 week lead time. If you would like to add new products to your order, please submit new order and CONTACT OUR SUPPORT TEAM as soon as possible. We are happy to combine shipping of orders if at all possible.

My order arrived damaged.

Damaged or defective products will be replaced with the same or comparable items. Please notify us within 30 days of receipt of the problem by contacting THE HEATHER BROWN ART SUPPORT TEAM for replacement instructions. Please attach pictures and/or a detailed description of the problem. We will review it and begin processing a replacement right away.

I received the incorrect items.

Please send us a photo of the item(s) and any additional description. We will review it and begin processing a replacement right away. CONTACT THE HEATHER BROWN ART SUPPORT TEAM.

How do I return or exchange an item?

HBA offers fast and easy returns. To return an item, please contact us in advance at customerservice@heatherbrownart.com. We will approve your return request in the form of online store credit or refund, as well as provide return instructions. Please be sure to pack your item securely with tape using the original packing materials. Products should NOT be returned without first contacting us.

What is your Return Policy?

Heather Brown Art is committed to great customer satisfaction. If you receive merchandise that you are unhappy with for any reason, simply return it to Heather Brown Art within 30 days for a full refund or online store credit. No returns or exchanges will be taken after 30 days.

  • Items must be new and in the original packaging.
  • Items cannot be worn, washed or altered.
  • Tags and labels must be in place.
  • Engraved products, ‘On Sale’ items, and face masks are final sale and cannot be refunded.
  • Packing slip must be included.
  • Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility, however we will refund your original shipping charges.

Once your item is received and inspected, your refund or store credit will be processed. Please allow approximately two to three weeks for the shipping and processing of your return. All refunds will be applied to the original method of payment. Depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional two to ten business days after your credit is applied for it to post to your account. If online store credit option is chosen, you will receive an email with your balance information right away; please note that store credit is for online purchases only and do not apply to in store Heather Brown Art purchases.CONTACT OUR SUPPORT TEAM

QUESTIONS FOR THE ARTIST

Can Heather sign my merchandise?

All Giclees, silk screens, linocuts, and original art are signed in advance. Heather is constantly on the road, doing signings and meet and greets, so she does not sign other individual products or merchandise before they ship. But if you visit the TOUR DATES / SHOWS page, you can see when Heather will be in a town near you and we will be happy to sign your purchased products there! 

Can I license Heather Brown Artwork?

We love to consider new possibilities for our artwork! If you have a licensing idea for Heather Brown artwork, please contact us at heatherbrownart@gmail.com . Licensing allows us to make sure there is a suitable match between Heather’s style and the intended licensor and use. It’s usually an agreement between Heather Brown and the licensor of the artwork granting permission to use a specified image for a particular project.

Can I link to your Heather Brown Page or Blog?

Can I use Heather Brown artwork in my project?

Sorry, due to copyright, licensing and intellectual property restrictions, Heather Brown images cannot be used for personal or commercial use without first acquiring a licensing agreement from Heather Brown Art.
