Tropical Dreams: Surfing Beneath Diamond Head with Heather Brown

Few places capture the spirit of Hawaii quite like Waikiki, where turquoise waves roll beneath the lush green slopes of Diamond Head.

There’s something magical about surfing in Waikiki, with the warm tropical water beneath my feet, Leahi (Diamond Head) in the distance, and the rhythm of the ocean guiding the day. 

With "Waikiki Logging" I wanted to capture the feeling of being out in the water, surrounded by the vibrant blues of the ocean and the changing colors of the Hawaiian landscape from season to season. For me, surfing has always been about more than catching a wave. It’s about connecting with nature, friends and family, finding joy in the moment, and appreciating the beauty of the islands.
